Using top-quality materials, our cabins feature sustainably sourced NZ pine, well-renowned Abodo vertical weatherboard and quality NZ Colorsteel. They have a high insulation value, are double glazed and are equipped with internet and electricity. They are easily transportable, plus do not require a building consent.

Architectural Design

Plus One cabins combine the best of functional design with architectural aesthetic in a form that optimises both space and light. The cabins are designed to fit with your modern lifestyle, whether it be working from home, an extra space for visitors, or perhaps a studio for your clients to visit.
The cabins optimise space with a built in mezzanine floor. Creating extra stability for the structure of the unit and a functional space for you in the form of storage or a sleeping area. The floor to ceiling window allows for plenty of natural light.

Plus One cabins are made using quality New Zealand sourced materials.
Cladding – Colorsteel corrugate with Abodo Vulcan vertical weatherboard.
Windows – Fairview AEONOX Scratch-resistant powder coat technology.
Insulation – Pink Batts Ultra 140 R4.0.
Decking – Abodo Sand Decking.
Flooring – Vitality Style Laminate, Oak Finish.
Internal Lining – Finish grade ply.
Mezzanine/Ladder – Nelson Pine LVL Visual.
Electricity – Equipped with four down lights (two internal and two external), four power points and a caravan plug to connect to power.
Internet – Data cable and TV in wall to be connected when in place.
Transportable

Easily transportable nationwide via Hiab Truck, transportation costs are not included.
All you require is a simple pile and bearer foundation, to be arranged by Claus Built.
